At Goldsmiths we take your wellbeing very seriously and want you to have the best support available.
Our Campus Support team are here for you out-of-hours, for anything at all that you might have a question about. Not sure how to turn in an assignment? Feeling low, or have concerns for a friend? They are here for you and can be reached by emailing email@example.com or phoning 02079197284.
We also have our Wellbeing Advisors which are here to offer further mental health support, whether that be liaising with your department or outside services, referrals to counselling, or helping to set up a plan to help you succeed. Some of our tips for looking after your mental health in halls:
- Physical activity helps, even if it’s a quick walk or a 10 minute yoga session in your room
- Find some easy, cheap meals you can make on your own, or make enough to share!
- Explore different ways to connect with the uni, based on your preferences. Follow us on social media. Find out what the SU is up to. Check out a society. There’s lots of different things to try.
